Ms Seemin Ahmed is the Deputy Director Academics as well as the Director Legal Clinics Programme at International College for Legal Studies. In addition, she is the Lecturer for Company Law and LLM Modules for the University of London courses.

She completed her LLB and LLM degrees from the University of London. Her LLM was in the fields of Company law, Jurisprudence, Theoretical Criminology and Juvenile Justice. In addition, she has a Master in Business Administration from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh. She is also a University of London Worldwide Recognized Tutor.

Ms Ahmed has immense experience in academia, having worked as the Head of Laws for a University of London teaching provider institution. She has taught students of University of London’s Company Law course and Royal Holloway’s BBA Programme in Human Resource Management.

Ms Ahmed has worked in a managerial role at KPMG, where she was entrusted with the responsibilities of managing international clientele vis-à-vis their taxation and corporate law requirements. Before working at KPMG, She gained extensive experience in International Business (B2B) at Wateen Telecom Limited, an Abu Dhabi Group venture.

She is licensed to practise law in the High Courts of Pakistan, and is an accredited Civil-Commercial Mediator with ADR-ODR International, UK. She is also a partner at Expertos Legales.
