Muhammad Saad Zahid is Programme Coordinator at ICLS and Tutor for Contract Law & Jurisprudence & Legal Theory

Mr. Saad graduated in 2022 with a Second Class Honours (Upper Division) in his LLB from University of London.
Passionate about legal education, Saad serves as Programme Coordinator and tutor at International College for Legal Studies (ICLS), where he teaches the modules of Contract Law and Jurisprudence & Legal Theory for the University of London’s L.L.B programme.
In his capacity as Programme Coordinator, Mr. Saad plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth academic operations of ICLS. He is responsible for supervising the academic and administrative needs of students, offering them academic guidance, assisting with module selection, and addressing any challenges they may face in their studies. By actively engaging with students, he helps foster a learning environment that promotes academic excellence and professional development.
Beyond student support, he also oversees the coordination of faculty members, ensuring that course delivery aligns with academic standards. He facilitates communication between students and faculty, assists in scheduling lectures, and ensures that tutors are equipped with the necessary resources for effective teaching.
Mr. Saad also plays an integral role in connecting ICLS with other institutions, strengthening the institute’s academic and professional networks. He collaborates with universities, legal organizations, and professional bodies to create new opportunities for students, whether through academic partnerships, guest lectures, or internship placements. His efforts contribute to expanding ICLS’s reach within the legal education sector, enhancing its reputation as a centre for excellence in legal studies.
Having keen interest in litigation Mr. Saad joined Expertos Legales Advocates & Corporate Law Consultants as a dedicated associate Lawyer, specializing in civil and commercial litigation. His practice spans complex disputes in banking, employment, family and labour laws, where he combines rigorous legal analysis with strategic advocacy.
In addition to his practical legal skills Mr. Saad is also a Certified Accredited Mediator and ADR ODR International Associate Arbitrator reinforcing his ability to navigate conflicts effectively both in and out of the courtroom.
