Syed Raza Hassan Shah completed his LLB (Hons) in 2013 and has been involved with legal practice and academia ever since. Mr Raza has more than ten years of experience in advising clients in Pakistan and the MENA region on complex matters across technology law, financial services, and mergers & acquisitions. He has also been a visiting faculty member at University of London affiliate program where he taught Public Law, Commercial Law and is currently a Public Speaking Trainer affiliated with the prestigious Debating Society of Pakistan.

Mr Raza`s expertise lie in navigating the evolving legal landscape of Fin Tech, data privacy, and emerging technologies, while also structuring and executing successful transactions for both financial institutions and innovative Fin Tech startups.  For cross-border M&A deals, he leverages his in-depth understanding of legal and business nuances across Pakistan and the MENA region to ensure smooth integration and value creation for clients.  

His skillset encompass strategic negotiation, meticulous drafting and review of legal documents, and the ability to navigate complexities of transactions across different jurisdictions.  Beyond his legal expertise, he is a SIMI Accredited Mediator and a member of the Young Arbitrators Group at CIICA, a leading S.42 Arbitration house in Pakistan. Mr Raza has been accredited and given license to practice in High Courts of Pakistan and is a recognized Civil-Commercial Mediator with the ADR-ODR International.
