Amna Hassan
Ms. Amna Hassan is a UK-trained barrister and civil litigation advocate with experience in both the United Kingdom and Pakistan. She currently serves as a Civil Litigation and Constitutional Law Associate at Zia and Shah Legal Consultants, where she regularly appears before civil courts and advises on civil, commercial, and constitutional matters, including drafting petitions under Article 199 and contributing to reported public interest litigation.
She completed the Barrister Training Course at BPP University with a Merit and holds an LLB in Politics, Philosophy and Law from King’s College London. In London, she worked as a litigation and private client paralegal at Law Lane Solicitors and Khan’s Solicitors, gaining experience in legal research, drafting, settlement negotiations, and complex dispute resolution.
Alongside her legal practice, she is Co-Founder of RUKH Foundation, an education charity supporting underprivileged students in Lahore, reflecting her ongoing commitment to access to justice and community development.
